tala888 supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions on the tala888 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your tala888 account within seconds of confirmation. • Registering more than one tala888 account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tala888 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any tala888 content without prior written permission from tala888.

Game content provided by third-party game providers (including but not limited to PG Soft and Pragmatic Play) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tala888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tala888 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

tala888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tala888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tala888 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tala888 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

You may close your tala888 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable withdrawal procedures.

tala888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
